As Seen on Pinterest - by Improv Kitchen How to make Bacon the easy way

You my have seen this on Pinterest, how to make bacon the easy way.
The claim is you bake the bacon in an oven at 400 for 20 minutes turning over half way through, but don't preheat the oven. You should get crispy bacon with little mess and no grease splatter.
Well I tried it. And my results are... AMAZING! Not only was it easy but it was the best bacon. It wasn't burnt or done in the middle and not on the ends. My only complaint was I couldn't fit the whole package of bacon on my cookie sheet...I guess I need a bigger sheet to bake my bacon on. I did line my sheet with foil like the directions suggested and it made for easy clean up. Oh and I cooked sausage this way too and it was awesome!

As Seen on Pinterest- Skinny Chicken Pesto Bake | Skinnytaste.com

So I decided I'd try this recipe I saw on Pinterest. I altered it a bit. The recipe called to cut the chicken to make it thinner but I took my meat hammer and pounded the chicken down. Then instead of making the pesto I spread an Italian Herb spread that was pre-made.

then you bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 making sure there's no pink in the middle. Then you top with sliced tomato and I used a slice of mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.

And the results are...okay. My husband scraped off the hot tomato and ate the chicken with lots of hot sauce. I thought it was good, and my 7 year old ate the tomato and cheese then a few bites of chicken.
